One of the hardest things to do as a adult is to gain the confidence as a novice and walk into a martial arts dojo for the very first time - we have a open door policy and welcome everyone to the club and assure you a warm welcome and introduction to martial arts.
Not only will we introduce you to the Ju Jitsu but also to a new way of keeping fit and self defence. Our Adult classes are designed for you to work at your own pace as well as increase muscle tone, flexibility, strength, confidence, weight loss whilst learning one of the oldest martial arts.
Ju Jitsu & Self Defence
All students will learn traditional Ju Jitsu and with using a common sense sense approach to protection. This means understanding self-defence techniques, self-defence strategy, and conflict resolution techniques.
Possibly you have tried numerous diets and ways of keeping fit - naturally if you eat a sensible diet and exercise you will see weight loss results - Ju Jitsu is a great way to improve flexibility, increase muscle tone and get fit. our instructors will always encourage and push you to your limits but never beyond. your safety and well being is our priority and you will soon start to see the benefits of martial art training.
